Cisco Network & Collaboration Engineer at Computech Limited

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deployment and Support of Cisco/Huawei LAN and WAN networks
• Deployment and Support of Cisco IP Telephony Solution (preferred experience of handling)
• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco collaboration solu tions, including CUCM. CUC UCCX UCCE Webex Calling. and Webex Contact Center.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP H 323, MGCP and SCCP protocols for voice a e and video communications Administer Cer Cisco Contact Center solutions (UCCX/UC- CE/PCCE/Webex Cloud Contact Centrel, including scripting (Editor/AppAdmin), call routing, and reporting Integrate Cisco UC with third-party applications (CRM Microsoft Teams. Zoom, etc.).
• Implement and maintain Cisco gateways (CUBE, ISR ASR), voice gateways, and session border controllers (SBC)
• Troubleshoot GoS. latency, jitter, and packet loss issues in VoIP environments.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations for Cisco UC and Contact Center platforms.
• Collaborate with network teams to ensure optimal perfor mance of LAN/WAN for real-time communications
• Provide Level 2/3 support for complex UC and Contact Center issues.
• Stay updated with Cisco's latest collaboration technolo gies (Webex, Cloud Calling. Al-based contact centres).

Experience

• Must have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC & Contact Center solutions and other on Network
• Experience on Cisco SDWAN MPLS. Cisco Webex Calling & Cloud Collaboration.
• Technical aptitude in telecommunication infrastructure Good analytical skills

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or information technology preferred.
• Must be CISCO certified
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP Routing and Switching, CCNA/ CCNP Collaboration certifications preferred
