Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Personal Attributes Required:

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• The job holder must possess;
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
• Valid nursing license and registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in higher education administration, preferably as a department chair, dean, or principal.
• Proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and academic program development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersFamiliarity with accreditation standards and compliance regulationsStrong analytical and budgeting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a college or university setting, preferably as a principal or in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
• Must be an honest person full of integrity in their personal conduct and handling of job responsibilities
