QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Land Economics/Real Estate.
Professional and technical understanding of real the estate market, trends and practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Marketing aptitude, enthusiasm and energy.
Ability to close transactions.
Ability to work with accuracy, attention to detail, speed and diligence.
