Communications Assistant at Macheo

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and grow engagement across all social media platforms
• Capture and share impact stories, photos, and videos
• Support fundraising with compelling stories and donor updates
• Compile and design newsletters, reports, and publications
• Train staff on storytelling and best practices in reporting
• Track analytics and recommend improvement for communications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Photography and videography experience (Including editing)
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer) Graphic design and report layout skills are an asset
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
