KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Duties

• Logs on the Logis system to register for attendance as per set standard operating procedures.
• Checks tasks for delivery and collections that needs to be done on daily basis as per set standard operating procedures.
• Pre-set and arrange reports received from the transport controller and printer set up in their department according to routes to avoid time wasting and maximise efficient service delivery.

Courier Delivery Services

• Conducts delivery/ collection of specimens from/to outlaying laboratories, doctors and clients allocated areas as per set standard operating procedures and makes a maximum of three stops to each client in a day.
• Delivers envelopes, samples and money to the relevant departments and laboratories to ensure satisfactory customer service.
• Completes and signs proof of delivery for every specimen or reports collected or delivered to the relevant hospital, depot and doctor.
• Collects sharp containers as and when required to.
• Collects urgent specimens from the doctors on request as per set standard operating procedures.

Customer Services

• Is responsible for obtaining new customers/clients along a delivery route.
• Assist to manage customer complaints or escalates the same to management for resolution
• Submits written reports to the transport controller daily and any other information vital to the organisation and relates to business.
