Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager Pm shift Manager, the Courier Route Supervisor is responsible for supervising the PM shift Couriers and ensuring on time deliveries within 24 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain route vehicle departures at 2130-2230hours.
• Ensure 100% nil Loss to customer items
• Ensure 100% Nil Damages to customer items
• Ensure 100% clear documentation in all official documents-consignment sheet, collection sheets, route registers and other records.
• Maintain 100% KPI board update at the route bay.
• Maintain consignment blue copies register/returned within 72hours.
• Resolve all nonconformance’s at the route level(amicably)
• Ensure seamless handing /taking over process of CS items from am shift team.
• Account 100% of all items dispatched to the branches.
• Ensure 100% route registers-fully updated.
• Get in touch with customers for clarifications.
• Ensure 100% accurate data capturing and provision.
• Ensure 100% clean and conducive working environment within the route.
• Ensure early docking of the route vehicle per own route.
• Ensure 100% utility of both manpower & resources.
• Ensure safety first rule (Zero Harm) within the work place.

Ideal candidate:

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Minimum High School Education Pass (KCSE Grade C - and above).

Experience

• 5 years & above in courier operations majored in both AM & PM Shifts
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
