    Credit Relationship Officers

    Job Description

    Our Client is a leading non deposit taking Microfinance Institution located in Nairobi that offers credit facilities such as logbook loans, school Fees loans and asset finance at low-interest rates to SME’s.

    Responsibilities

    1. Achieve set sales targets
    2. Conducting market and industry research
    3. Conduct General business development and marketing activities
    4. Attend client meetings and effectively respond to client needs
    5. Selling of company products to potential and existing clients while meeting individual and group targets on a monthly basis.
    6. Preparing weekly marketing and activation plans on promotion of Company’s products and services.
    7. Create market awareness for the company’s products and services.
    8. Support client due diligence and client on-boarding
    9. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
    10. Conduct Credit Analysis
    11. Identify sales prospects and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    12. Enhancement of customer service, ensuring all customer queries/complaints are conclusively resolved within required timelines.
    13. Follow up on updates of clients’ account statements etc
    14. Verification of a file and counter checking to ensure that all supporting documentation attached are sufficient to process a loan.
    15. Accurate and timely application of loans in the System.
    16. Ensure debt collection and recovery procedures are followed to the latter in accordance with the company risk policies and procedures.
    17. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    18. Any other duties assigned.

    Qualifications

    1. Diploma or in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or any other related course
    2. 2 Years relevant work experience
    3. Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
    4. Verifiable track record of performance success
    5. Understanding of Financial Statements
    6. Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc

    13. Confident and capable of operating at all levels.
    14. Computer Literacy skills
