    • Manage the preparation and organization of sowing campaigns and post-harvest activities for small and large-scale farmers.
    • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental practices, policies, and procedures in all agricultural activities.
    • Monitor and assess crop growth, recommending and implementing interventions as needed to optimize yield and quality.
    • Conduct agricultural research trials and implement findings to improve crop productivity and sustainability.
    • Coordinate with farmers and field teams to ensure proper crop management techniques, including fertilization, pest control, and irrigation.
    • Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and renewable energy standards related to biofuels and biomass.
    • Maintain accurate records of crop production activities, including planting schedules, input usage, and harvest data.
    • Utilize agricultural digital solutions, including GIS tracking and mapping systems, to enhance planning and monitoring efforts.
    • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports on crop production progress to management.
    • Lead and support the training of less experienced personnel and promote collaboration within the team.
    • Act as a liaison with public entities, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering positive relationships.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences (specializations in Tropical Agronomy, Environment, and Bioenergy preferred).
    • At least seven (7) years of experience in agro-industrial supply chains or farm management, preferably in the energy sector.
    • Proven experience in managing agricultural activities with small and large-scale farmers, including sowing campaigns and post-harvest management.
    • In-depth knowledge of oil crops for bio feedstock production, particularly in degraded areas.
    • Experience in conducting agricultural research trials and implementing results.
    • Proficiency in agricultural digital solutions, GIS systems, and agricultural regulations.
    • Strong ability to work in a team and coordinate activities effectively.
