We are looking for a skilled Cutting List and CAD Design Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring precise preparation and entry of cutting lists into the optimisation system for producing kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom furniture. The ideal candidate will have a background in CAD design and cutting list preparation for Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes and Custom Interior furniture.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input client-provided physical cutting lists into optimisation software, ensuring precision in length, width, material types, quantities, and edgebanding details.
Review and verify cutting lists to ensure accuracy and adherence to production standards.
Maintain detailed records of all cutting lists, updates, and project changes.
Generate client quotations based on optimized materials and furniture accessories requirements.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project tracking and effective client communication.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure all designs and cutting plans are feasible and align with company standards clients requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed CAD drawings for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom furniture projects based on client specifications.
Modify and update CAD designs as needed based on client feedback or production changes.

Skills & Experience
At least a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field;
CAD certifications are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD design and cutting list preparation within the furniture or cabinetry industry.Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.) and cutting list optimisation software.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
