We are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Associate to support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and a keen interest in regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tracking compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards.
Help maintain documentation and evidence for audits and regulatory reporting.
Support risk assessments, internal audits, and gap analyses.
Participate in vendor security reviews and compliance evaluations.
Monitor industry developments and assist in updating internal compliance guidelines.
Assist in delivering cybersecurity awareness training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or IT support.
Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR (internship/academic experience acceptable).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
