Chogoria hospital is on a side-road which branches off Embu - Meru highway about 2km from the highway. Chogoria hospital was built in a serene environment around 200km north of Nairobi city. Duties and responsibilities:
Conducts assessment and provides comprehensive treatment to dental patients.
Management of curative, preventive and promotive dental services.
Continually pursue current treatment methods ensuring the standard operating procedures are maintained.
Undertakes appropriate investigations during patient examination to determine the need for specialist orthodontic advice in the management of the developing dentition.
Identifies commonly occurring medical emergencies and undertakes the first line management using appropriate techniques, equipment and drugs.
Ensures compliance with the hospitals and other national clinical policies relevant to the safe practice of dentistry.
