Job Description

• Assisting in developing policies regarding students’ life program.
• Advising the Student Governing Council (SGC) on functions, elections, transitions, and expenditure.
• Clearing internal/external students’ correspondence and providing secretarial assistance.
• Planning, preparing, and directing students’ welfare activities.
• Coordinating clubs and societies for community outreach.
• Receiving students’ disciplinary cases and processing them for the Disciplinary Committee.
• Coordinating student counselling and psychological services.
• Coordinating students’ games and sports activities.
• Addressing matters concerning student conduct and discipline.
• Receiving and attending to complaints between students and landlords.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• At least three (3) years’ work experience in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of Information Communication Technology.
• Membership registration with a relevant professional body.
