    Digital Marketing Executive

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

    • As our Social Media Manager, your role is crucial for boosting our brands visibility, managing social communication, and driving engagement across digital platforms. You will oversee our interactions on social media, and analyze metrics to understand customer interactions. Crafting and executing social media strategies, generating engaging content, and building authentic connections with our audience are key aspects of your responsibilities to enhance brand recognition, encourage interaction, and align with broader marketing goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to our Website, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
    • Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with our audience through active participation in conversations and responding to inquiries and issues raised on social media channels.
    • Integrated Social Media Marketing; Strategy, Campaigns, and Advocacy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, including planning and executing campaigns to promote products, and company initiatives, as well as collaborating with influencers and industry thought leaders for brand advocacy.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Requirements
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in social media management.
    • Relevant training in social media marketing.

    OTHER COMPETENCIES:

    • Skilled in navigating and leveraging various social media platforms as well as familiarity with social media analytics.
    • Excellent creative and writing abilities.
    • Proficient in using graphic design tools to create compelling visual content.
    • Dynamism and industry insight: Staying informed about industry trends, particularly in telecom and technology and showcasing dynamic adaptability to evolving technologies and trends.
