Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant at Superior Homes

Responsibilities:

• Create, design, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, and other digital channels while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop creative graphics and visual content, including social media posts, posters, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions from concept through to final production, ensuring consistency with the Company’s brand identity.
• Edit and enhance photographs, images, videos, and other multimedia content for use across digital and marketing platforms.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, respond to engagement, and support the growth and visibility of the Company’s digital platforms.
• Support SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing initiatives aimed at improving online visibility, website traffic, and audience engagement.
• Develop and support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and consumer behaviour to support effective marketing and creative campaigns.
• Track and analyse digital marketing performance using relevant analytics tools and assist in preparing marketing performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales support materials.
• Prepare promotional presentations and assist in organising promotional events, activations, and other brand-related activities.
• Maintain and organise digital assets, marketing materials, databases, spreadsheets, and inventory records as required.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, graphic design techniques, social media platforms, design software, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field .
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
• The candidate must be proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other relevant design software.
• The candidate should have good knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing campaigns.
• The candidate should be familiar with digital marketing and analytics tools, with strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The candidate should be creative, organised, able to work independently and as part of a team, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; a portfolio of creative work will be an added advantage.
