Digital Marketing Specialist - Digital Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company

Qualifications

• Digital educational background with a strong GPA
• 0-3 years of work experience
• Proven track record in digital field (Bootcamps, workshops, etc.)
• Experience managing conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
• Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem with hands on experience with bid managers, ad-servers, DMPs and DSPs
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Strong track record of delivering customer acquisition performance - managing performance marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display/programmatic, affiliate, email)
• Experience utilizing first and third party data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting and personalization
• Experience with marketing analytics and attribution
• Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior marketing leaders and IT leaders
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel
