About the Role

• Stainless Steel Pro Kenya is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate qualified sales leads, increase online visibility, and support business growth.
• We are particularly interested in candidates with proven experience marketing stainless steel, metal products, construction materials, manufacturing products, or related technical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on generating qualified sales leads.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search visibility.
• Create and coordinate high-quality marketing content, including product posts, videos, articles, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for lead generation.
• Track leads, conversions, campaign performance, and return on advertising spend.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging trends within the Kenyan market.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience generating qualified leads, preferably for B2B or high-value products.
• Previous experience in the stainless steel, metal, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on measurable results.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing results.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan digital market and customer behavior.
