Job Summary:

• Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-quality content across digital platforms to engage audiences, promote brand messaging, and drive online traffic. This role involves working closely with creative teams to develop content that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure content is on-brand, and consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
• Conduct audience research to identify content topics and formats that resonate with the target audience.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Adjust content and social media strategies based on performance data and evolving digital trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader company initiatives.
• Communicate content plans and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Ensure all content complies with legal requirements, such as copyright laws and data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital content production, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, social media platforms).
• Strong understanding and experience with analytics tools.
