This is a full-time, on-site Director role located in Nairobi. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of key projects, managing and mentoring team members, and ensuring that goals and targets are met. The Director will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and development within the designated market sectors.

Experience in strategic planning and project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
Experience in the consultancy, executive search, or similar industries is a plus
