Financial Management and Reporting

• Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Produce accurate monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow with detailed forecasting, balancing accounts payable and receivable.
• Lead year-end audits, collaborating with auditors and tax advisors.
• Analyse performance against budgets and provide actionable insights.
• Develop robust systems for cost and performance reporting across business units.

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the General Manager to evaluate and implement new initiatives.
• Shape product development and market expansion strategies.
• Oversee IT systems, including accounting software transitions, to enhance efficiency.
• Liaise with legal and professional advisors on key matters.

Budgeting and Financial Planning

• Lead the annual budgeting process and present financial plans.
• Secure funding from lenders and equity partners for expansion projects.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement
