Driver at Ayaz Real Estate

The Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation of goods and company property while ensuring compliance with traffic rules, company policies, and maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
• Transport goods and materials as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger and vehicle safety.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and servicing.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
• Observe confidentiality and discretion when transporting company staff and documents.
• Perform messenger duties such as delivering parcels and documents.
• Support administrative and logistical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and clean driving license [Class B/C/E or as applicable].
• At least 3–5 years’ proven experience as a driver.
• Familiarity with local area routes and traffic patterns.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Certificate of Good Conduct from relevant authorities.
