Driver – Security Company at Talent Grid Africa

The Driver will play an important role in supporting the company’s daily security and operational activities. The position goes beyond routine transportation, requiring someone who can confidently support field deployments, emergency response operations, client site visits, and administrative errands while maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting personnel, management, clients, and operational equipment to designated locations.
• Supporting field deployments, staff relief, and rapid emergency response operations.
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Ensuring company vehicles remain clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Tracking vehicle servicing schedules, fuel usage, mileage, and maintaining accurate logbooks.
• Delivering operational supplies, uniforms, and documents to various client sites.
• Handling office errands, including banking, statutory submissions, and document courier duties.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client information, site routes, and operational activities.
• Providing professional customer service and reporting client concerns to management.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:

• A valid Kenyan Driving Licence – Class B, C1, or applicable category
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience is an added advantage
• Mandatory experience in a security firm or corporate environment
• A valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• Strong discipline, reliability, safety awareness, and professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in operational environments
