Dynamics 365 Finance Analyst - ERP Consulting & Implementation at Software Dynamics

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic ERP Consulting & Implementation team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dynamics 365 Business Central Configuration: Configure Dynamics 365 BC modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets. Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 BC.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and implement a wide range of reports using Dynamics 365 BC reporting tools, including standard reports, management reports, and ad-hoc reports. Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insightful business intelligence.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Conduct thorough business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients. Document business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.
• Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for clients on Dynamics 365 BC modules, including end-user training and system administrator training. Provide ongoing support to clients on Dynamics 365 Finance issues and queries.
• Project Management: Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure timely and successful project delivery within budget and scope.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a strong focus on Accounting and Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
