Electrical Technician Trainee at Kim-Fay East Africa Limited

Job Purpose

• The Electrical Technician Trainee will support the senior electrical technician and the maintenance team to ensure that electrical equipment and systems within the factory are well- maintained, operating efficiently, and running safely to support the business's overall success.

Requirements.

• Diploma in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar field.
•  Previous work experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
•  Good electrical aptitude and knowledge of tools.
• Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations. Knowledge of Kaizen principles is an added advantage. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and report writing skills.
• Respectful of time, able to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision, with a willingness to work overtime.
