    ETP Plant Supervisor

    Key Requirements

    • Diploma in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience operating an industrial Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), wastewater treatment plant, or water treatment facility.
    • Experience in food processing, edible oils, fruit processing, dairy, beverage, or similar manufacturing industries.
    • Good knowledge of DAF systems, chemical dosing, biological treatment processes, sludge handling, and dewatering.
    • Understanding of COD, BOD, TSS, and pH monitoring and control.
    • Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pumps, blowers, and other treatment equipment.
    • Computer literacy with strong report-writing skills.
    • Understanding of environmental compliance and wastewater discharge requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Degree in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
    • Experience with NEMA compliance and environmental reporting.
    • Previous experience supervising ETP operators and contractors.
