ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are seeking a professional and dependable Executive Home Driver to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for company executives and family members when required.
• The role involves ensuring timely travel, maintaining assigned vehicles in excellent condition, adhering to road safety regulations, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong driving skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to support executive transportation needs with efficiency and discretion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Safely transport executives and authorized family members to assigned destinations.
• Ensure cleanliness, servicing, and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.
• Observe traffic laws and company transport regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate vehicle movement records.
• Report any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately.
• Ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurance, inspection, and service schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding executive and company matters.
• Assist with errands and deliveries when assigned.
• Ensure security and safety of passengers and company property.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum KCSE Certificate.
• Valid driving license with clean driving record.
• Defensive driving certificate will be an added advantage.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is required.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience as an executive or personal driver.
• Experience driving senior management or VIP personnel.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and traffic regulations.
• Well knowledgeable of google maps.

SKILLS

• Strong cooking and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Indian spices, recipes, and food preparation techniques.
• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• The candidate will be required to stay at the employer's residence and be available to provide transport services as required.
