Finance Accounting Intern at Acacia Innovations

You Will Report To Our Project Manager and Accountant And Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include

Acacia EPZ is in the rapid growth phase and we are thinking about moving our sourcing, collector management, budgeting and reporting to a better tool, and we believe you can help us with that.

• Understanding how our current budget process works,
• preparing and updating different versions of budgets,
• validating and transferring data between systems and simultaneously preparing budgets in our current and next planning systems.
• We will also be asking you to help with other tasks from time to time, to enrich your learning experience

Desirable Skills

• This will require a hunger for learning,
• Adeptness around ERP software, excel and google sheets
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good project management skills and self/time management skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree or Professional qualification (CPA or ACCA) level 4
• Knowledge of accounting, Budgeting & Systems
• Competence in excel and accounting software
• A team player, effective communicator with strong analytical skills
• Effective communicator with strong analytical skills
• Exposure to managing grants will be an added advantage
• Experience in budgeting, finance systems and finance will be an added advantage
• Experience and knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis system will be plu
