Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance
• Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational targets
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of business decisions on profitability and cash flow
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for statutory reporting and compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the financial function of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role in the tech sector
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
