Finance Specialist at Nature Conservancy

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and three years of related experience or equivalent.
• Professional certification such as a CPA or ACCA.
• Three years’ experience using accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Reconciliation skills – bank, cash, and accounts reconciliations.
• Bank account administrative operations, replenishments, and balance monitoring
• Experience in bank payments and journal adjustments.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
• Experience in supporting multiple tasks in various locations and countries.
• Demonstrated innovations in financial systems and tools.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Demonstrated a high level of integrity and trust.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 6 years of experience in the accounts/treasury function preferably in an international NGO.
• Multi-lingual skills and/or multi-cultural experience appreciated.
• Basic audit skills and experience
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• May require fluency in a foreign language to support global operations.
