Reporting to the Emergency Rescue and Training Manager, the Fleet Supervisor ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective ambulance operations to support timely emergency response and service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Check ambulance and equipment readiness.
Manage radio communication and dispatch support.
Oversee fueling and vehicle servicing.
Report defects and ensure timely repairs.
Maintain accurate trip and fuel records.
Support continuous improvement in fleet operations.
To operate the ambulance.
Position Requirements
Certificate in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Valid BCE driving license
Knowledge in vehicle operations, troubleshooting, defensive driving, ambulance operations, and customer service
Minimum 3 years of ambulance driving and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proven leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
