Flexo Label Printing Sales Manager at R4Kenya

Our client is one of the leading Paper Conversion & Flexo Printing Group based in Kampala, Uganda. We are one of the leading Commercial & Security Printing Group as well having manufacturing Scholastics Products, Flexo label printing, commercial & Security Printing across Uganda and East Africa region.For their Flexo Division, they are looking for Dynamic & result oriented Flexo Label Printing Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should be having relevant experience in Flexo Label printing sales and Flexo Packaging Industry.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of the sales team and team targets with a sales target
• Will be accountable for the set sales target figure, both individually and for the team
• Managing and supervising a sales team
• Push for aggressive sales in digital print and photobooks
• Open up new markets and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Generation of new leads in different sectors and closing sales as required
• Ensuring sales kits and sales collateral is in order and available
• Generation of relevant reports as required
• Having worked in Flexo Label Printing would be an added advantage
• Be a key adviser to the directors on business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in sales in digital printing and/or photobook firm
• Bachelors/Diploma in sales and marketing or any relevant business qualifications
• Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage
• Proven track record managing and meeting aggressive sales targets
• Proven track record in creating new business channels to meet sales targets.
• Ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
