Strategic Goals Facilitating the strategic planning process, including road mapping and undertaking regular progress updates and reporting this to the CEO and Exec Team
Projects Monitoring and enabling companywide projects, ensuring bottlenecks are removed, issues are brought to the CEO / COO’s attention at the appropriate time and working with colleagues to solve problems and keep everything moving and on track
Brand Amplification : Preparing all materials for customer meetings, conferences and CEO’s presenting commitments
Business Development - Managing sales prospects on behalf of the CEO, helping to prepare for customer meetings,, attending meeting and ensuring all of the actions are captured and managing these actions with colleagues on behalf of the CEO. Identify and showcase successful customer use cases on social media
Communication: Act as a bridge between the CEO and other team members, ensuring clear and effective communication. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for executive meetings
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients. Represent the CEO when necessary and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Impact Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability and ESG strategy that aligns with Amini's overall goals and objectives
Comms & Branding : Working with the CEO and Marketing to develop our overall brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with long-term business objectives and growth targets. Define and communicate the brand’s core values, positioning, and unique selling proposition (USP) to ensure clarity and consistency
Investors : Preparing investor update reports and help manage investor relations and helping to prepare for funding rounds
