Fuel Manager at Camusat

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

• The Fuel Manager is responsible for all fuel management of the sites within the scope of eSCO, 
• Responsible for contractual monitoring, and interfacing with the client. Supervises RZs, STTs and fuel suppliers
• Responsible for achieving the Fuel Refueling process and related objectives by efficiently executing all fuel programs  in accordance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION 

• Monitor and direct the work of the fuel crew 
• Maintain an accurate record of fuel usage 
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the fuel offering with Supply Chain Collaboration. 
• Must work in close collaboration with the supply chain and security with regard to Command, Refueling, Theft and  maintenance of fuel management systems.  
• Ensure proper functioning of ONI sites throughout the Territory, keeping unavailability below 200 as NUR per Site  and in all Regions where ONI has a Telecom site.  
• Responsible for all sites under ESCO perimeter and Responsible for the Plainfication and fuel supply at all times. ✔ Be procedural on the reports and monitoring of Operations: reports, missions, interventions and supply report.  Provide information on feedback monitoring and transmit the information to the department concerned ✔ Respect and ensure that CAMUSAT's internal procedures are respected. 
• Identify the intervention phases based on information from site feedback 
• Check the sites' fuel supply compliance according to CAMUSAT standards and procedures 
• Assist and support all stakeholders in the Fuel part remotely 
• Responsible for fuel budgeting on all sites under ESCO scope. 

QUALITY, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT MISSION 

• Respect the rules defined within the framework of the Environmental Management System, ✔ Report any identified environmental non-compliance. 

INITIAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED 

• BAC + 3 in the field of Telecoms / Electronics / Finance 
• 4 years of experience in the telecoms environment 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Knowledge in fuel management 
• Skills in Telecoms 
• Knowledge of basic maintenance of Generating Sets would be an asset
