We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Future Talent – Process Engineer to join our Engineering team. This programme is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about process engineering in the liquid food industry.
In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers as well as independently in implementation projects and/or pre-projects. This position is located in Tunis, Tunisia.
What you will do
Develop basic technical solutions in projects, project documentation, design specification and drawings for projects or Business Process Units
Communicate with other colleagues and/or have technical discussions with customers / suppliers for engineering parts in projects
Follow the plan and project milestones in time, in full and according to budget.
Follow the use of reusable solutions and processes to secure productivity
Participate in validation/ reviewing technical solutions for engineering parts in projects
Participate in lessons learned and provide inputs to improvements of processes, templates and tools
Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak.
We believe you have
1-2 years to develop expertise on Project / Product knowledge, including necessary standards, guidelines, tools and methods for process design
Recent graduate (or up to 2 years' experience) with a degree in:
Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to new technologies and systems.
