We are currently hiring for the above position:
Measurable Deliverables

• EMR audits on 100% of all Clinicians monthly. 100% of planned Continuous Medical Education sessions.
• 96 Billing audits - Prescription Vs Dispensed - Monthly.
• 100% Update of quality dashboard-Daily.
• 100% of patient complains related to doctors and clinical officers closed.
• Improvement of Quality audit score of allocated medical Centre's to ≥60%.
• 100% compliance to incident management. . 100% attendance of monthly review meetings.
• 100% tracking of reported risks including development of mitigation measures

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery . Masters Degree
• Registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists board.
• Valid Practice License and Professional Indemnity.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience.

Technical skills/Leadership competencies

• Certificate/ good grasp in quality methodologies.
• ACLS/ATLS/BLS Certification.
• Wide knowledge of the health industry. Proficiency in computer application packages.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Proven leadership, communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work under minimum supervision.
