Graduate Trainee

Role purpose

To support various production activities including growing, fertigation, harvesting

Accountabilities
- Uphold compliance to Phyto-sanitary requirements at all time.
- Enforces/observe HSE rules and regulations and champions the implementation of the Syngenta HSE policy in all operations.
- Support all production processes for learning and exposure
- Attend tasks & projects allocated from time to time
Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities
- A degree in Horticulture / Agriculture or its equivalent
- Relevant work experience (Growing Ornamental crops in a greenhouse setting) will be an added advantage.
- Data entry and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Office with excellent organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
