Graduate Trainee at Syngenta

Role purpose

To support various production activities including growing, fertigation, harvesting

Accountabilities

• Uphold compliance to Phyto-sanitary requirements at all time.
• Enforces/observe HSE rules and regulations and champions the implementation of the Syngenta HSE policy in all operations.
• Support all production processes for learning and exposure
• Attend tasks & projects allocated from time to time

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

• A degree in Horticulture / Agriculture or its equivalent
• Relevant work experience (Growing Ornamental crops in a greenhouse setting) will be an added advantage.
• Data entry and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Office with excellent organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
