Graduate Trainees (Tiles Factory) - 5 Posts at KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.
• Working closely with the shift leaders.
• Handling all round up tasks in respective section, efficient coordination of duties handed over.
• Following up on quality of production and formulation requirements.
• Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be recent college graduates with Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Willing and eager to learn.
• Be computer literate/proficient.
• Good communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Good in written English and Fluent oral English.
• High level of integrity & professionalism.
• A team player and flexible to work in a shift system.
• Self-motivated and can work under minimum or no supervision.

Age Requirement: 24 - 28
