ABOUT THE ROLE

• The company is seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer.
• The person will be responsible for using their artistic abilities to help communicate ideas visually. The graphic designer will cooperate and collaborate with other designers to create eye-catching images and campaigns that will increase engagement on client social media platforms. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Study design briefs and determine graphic design requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Create and design various materials for design and print
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
• Work with a wide-range of graphic design tools to create eye-catching pieces
• Establish creative connection for the company within the brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects with design specifications
• Cooperate with web developers and other graphic designers to ensure client satisfaction
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visuals that convey accurate messaging for a project

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Qualification in a Creative Field
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• One year experience in graphic design
• Attentive to details
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent online research skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Proactive and self-motivated
• A fast leaner. Must have the willingness and ability to research, learn, and apply new ideas quickly.
