Job Description:

• Are you a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for real estate marketing? If so, we want you on our team! As a Graphic Designer at Saif Propertis, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials that showcase our properties to the world. You'll be responsible for maintaining design quality, meeting project deadlines, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Design: Create eye-catching and engaging visual designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to, digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design materials adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively convey our messages and objectives.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained throughout the process.
• Typography and Layout: Pay meticulous attention to typography, layout, and composition, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also easy to read and understand.
• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance their quality and suitability for use in various design materials.
• Print Production: Prepare and set up design files for print production, ensuring that materials are print-ready and meet the specifications of printing vendors.
• Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to refine and improve design materials.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and tools, and incorporate the latest design techniques and best practices into your work.
• File Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy retrieval and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
