IVF Consultant at Fertility Point

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced IVF Consultant to join our dynamic fertility clinic. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert consultation and management of patients undergoing fertility treatments, with a focus on In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). As an IVF Consultant, you will contribute to the overall success of our clinic by guiding patients through their fertility journey and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with individuals and couples seeking fertility treatment. Review medical histories, diagnostic results, and provide comprehensive assessments of fertility issues.
• Treatment Planning:Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings and patient preferences. Advise on appropriate fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
• Ovulation Induction and Monitoring: Oversee ovulation induction protocols, including the administration of fertility medications.Monitor follicular development through ultrasound and hormonal assessments.
• IVF Procedures: Coordinate and oversee IVF cycles, collaborating with embryologists, andrologists, and laboratory staff.Provide guidance on ovarian stimulation, oocyte retrieval, fertilization methods, and embryo transfer.
• Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT):Collaborate with genetic counselors and embryologists in cases requiring pre-implantation genetic testing. Interpret genetic testing results and counsel patients accordingly.
• Patient Education and Counseling:Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, and potential outcomes.Provide emotional support and counseling throughout the fertility journey.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements in all aspects of fertility treatment.Participate in quality assurance programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBBS,MD-OBS & GYNAE, Fellowship in ivf
• 4-6 yrs Experience of managing IVF Procedures/ Consultation / Laproscopic procedures / Hysteroscopy without any supervision
• Board certification or eligibility in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Registration and practicing license .
• Proven experience as an IVF Consultant with a successful track record.
