Head of Engineering at AJUA (Formerly mSurvey)

The Head of Engineering is accountable for leading the building of robust, scalable and maintainable software; as well as assembling and managing high performing engineering teams; ensuring engineering
delivers the desired customer outcomes.

In this role:

• you will work as the overall engineering team leader overseeing a team comprised of core software engineers, customer success engineers and product engineers. You will lead from the frontin
• architecting, coding and deploying software across our tech stack. The expected split of functions between coding/engineering and management/administrative function will be 50:50. This is very much a HANDS-ON role!
• You will manage up to 15 engineers providing mentoring and coaching on software engineering/programming, encoding and transmitting a collaborative engineering culture and maintaining innovative processes that monitor the health of the engineering team.
