We are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to spearhead our enterprise sales initiatives and propel growth throughout the African continent. This role is crucial in expanding our client portfolio, boosting revenue, and solidifying our position as a premier logistics SaaS provider in Africa.
Daily Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy targeting enterprise clients in the logistics and supply chain sectors across Africa.
Lead and cultivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring top-notch sales execution through mentorship and training.
Foster meaningful relationships with key enterprise clients, tailoring our SaaS solutions to their specific needs.
Work in tandem with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns and materials tailored to the African logistics market.
Stay abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new sales opportunities and strategies.
Liaise with the product development team, conveying client feedback and suggesting enhancements or novel features.
Consistently meet and surpass sales goals, providing regular updates and forecasts to the executive leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines. An MBA is advantageous.
8+ years of demonstrated success in enterprise sales, particularly within SaaS or logistics domains.
In-depth knowledge of the African logistics and supply chain landscape.
Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess.
