AltGen has an exciting opportunity for a marketing guru to join our client’s team in Kenya as their Marketing Director. If you have the proven ability to provide creative direction to drive brand strategies and achieve growth into global markets, then this could be the job for you!

To be considered for this role, you need to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications along with at least 4 years of previous marketing and communications experience as well as experience working in East Africa. Ideally, you will also be experienced in team leadership and management and as well as product development and launch. You’re someone who is innovative, strategic and have a strong product development background. As the Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include providing support for advertising and promotion campaigns, providing key insights on the expansion strategy into new markets, analysing and optimising the ROI of marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, sales support, and communications.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of previous marketing and communications experience
• 4+ years of work experience in East Africa
• Previous experience in team leadership and management
• Previous experience with product development and launch
