    Head of Traffic

    Role Purpose:

    • The Head of Traffic at Dentsu Creative is tasked with orchestrating the flow of projects through the creative department, ensuring that all work is efficiently managed from initiation to completion. This role demands a forward-thinking approach to incorporate evolving digital trends, including AI, into workflow processes, maintaining a balance between creative excellence and efficient project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Workflow Optimization: Increase project workflow efficiency by 15% within six months by implementing cutting-edge project management tools and techniques.
    • Deadline Management: Achieve a 95% on-time completion rate for all projects through meticulous monitoring and dynamic resource allocation.
    • Digital Technology Integration: Incorporate AI and other emerging digital technologies into 15% of our projects within one year, with ongoing quarterly training for team members.
    • Client Communication and Satisfaction: Enhance client satisfaction by 15% over the next year through improved communication strategies and regular project updates.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement a minimum of three innovative process improvements per quarter to boost team productivity and streamline workflows.
    • Team Development and Readiness: Develop and implement a comprehensive team training plan to elevate digital transformation skills by 25% within 12 months.

    Professional Experience and Skills:

    • Strong capability in multitasking, organizing, and collaborative project management.
    • Proficient in advanced time management, prioritization, and team management.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and problem-solving challenges.
    • Proficient in project management software and digital tools.
    • Background in business economics, marketing, advertising, or related fields is beneficial.
    • Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to decision-making.
