Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) minimum mean grade of C+ or its equivalent from a recognized institution
Bachelor's degree in Counselling Psychology, Sociology, Education, Youth and Community work or equivalent Social Science from an accredited and recognized University
Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Sociology, Education, Youth and Community work or equivalent from an accredited and recognized University
Minimum of ten (10) years working experience in an institution of higher learning or equivalent;
Five (5) years’ progressive experience in student affairs, community engagement, or related areas in an institutions of higher learning

Overseeing student activities and organizations
Planning and arranging recreational, cultural, and social activities of different student groups
