Health Records and Information Management Officer at Outspan Hospital

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess, manage and implement health records processing, storage and retrieval systems in the hospital in accordance with the national health policy guidelines.
• Planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising of health records and information management activities in the hospital

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Science in health records and information management. Diploma in health records and information management is an added advantage.
• Three years' work experience in a busy hospital set up as health records and information management officer.
• Must be registered and member of association medical records of Kenya
• Have a professional practicing License from HRIM
• Have knowledge of MOH data collection tools and data flow systems
• Have knowledge of MOH health information systems policy
