Immigration Services Officer at ABC EXPAT

As our Immigration Officer, you'll be the go-to expert for clients navigating immigration processes. Whether it’s advising them, preparing applications, or dealing with local authorities – you’ll be the friendly face guiding them every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Rocking:

• Reviewing and validating clients' documents (you’ve got a keen eye for detail!)
• Preparing and submitting immigration applications on time
• Advising clients on their immigration status and options
• Keeping our CRM updated and clients informed through our platform
• Supporting the Senior Immigration Officer with strategy and execution
• Following up with local authorities and contributing to on-the-ground operations
• Ensuring a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience for our clients

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re curious, driven, and ready to grow in a fast-paced international environment. You’re not afraid of bureaucracy – you own it.

 Must-Haves:

• Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Management, or similar
• A problem-solver with a “let’s get it done” attitude
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy (Office 365, Microsoft Teams, CRM tools like odoo… no big deal)
• Fluent in English (bonus points for French or other languages!)
• Super organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
