    Information Technology Officer

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Officer at Space and Style Ltd in Juja. The IT Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and system administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in database Management (SQL, NoSQL) and analytical Tools (e.g. Power BI)
    • Familiarity with ERP Systems (e.g. Sage, SAP) is highly desired
    • Expertise in Cloud Services (AWS, Azure) and Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
    • Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks is highly desired
    • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
    • Information Technology and Network Administration skills
    • System Administration and Infrastructure expertise
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
