Information Technology Support Assistant at Adevia Health

Adevia Health Africa is seeking to engage a dynamic, tech-savvy individual for the position of IT Support Assistant.  The individual will offer technical support to the IT manager and providing support to Adevia Health staff and students duties while adhering to the company's values and principles

Responsibilities

1. Manage and onboard students to the Adevia Health Learning Management System
2. Diagnose and Offer technical support to the students
3. Cooperate with the customer service department to offer technical support in good time
4. Troubleshoot and provide Technical Support to Adevia Health Staff
5. Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
6. Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
7. Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

1. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
2. Interest in and Tech Savvy
3. Excellent typing skills, proficiency in MS Office, G-suite, and task management tools.
4. A high degree of integrity and professionalism and capable of working under minimum supervision.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
6. Patient
7. Previous experience working in a tech customer service call center is an added advantage

Academic qualification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT
