Intern - Membership at Kenya Association of Manufacturers

Job Purpose:

• We are seeking a motivated Membership Intern to support membership growth, recruitment, and engagement within EPROK as a business membership organization by actively contributing to outreach initiatives, member acquisition activities, and communication efforts aimed at expanding and strengthening the EPROK membership base.

Key objectives:

• Support recruitment of new members.
• Contribute to measurable growth in membership numbers.
• Enhance visibility of EPROK among potential industry members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your specific duties will include and not limited to the following:

• Support the identification, mapping, and recruitment of potential member companies within the sector.
• Participate in member acquisition and outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and physical visits to prospective members.
• Present and promote the EPROK membership value proposition to prospective members.
• Follow up on membership leads and maintain accurate records of recruitment progress.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of member engagement meetings, networking forums, and related events.
• Support the development and preparation of marketing materials, membership briefs, and promotional content.
• Maintain and regularly update membership recruitment databases, tracking tools, and reports.
• Assist in onboarding new members by facilitating registration processes and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Support field coordination activities for e-waste collection drives and partnership initiatives aimed at expanding collection programmes.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the EPROK Coordinator from time to time.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
