Our client who is a Medium Tier Deposit Taking Sacco based in Nairobi seeks to recruit a suitably qualified person to fill the position of an Internal Auditor. Reporting to the CEO, the person will be in charge of all the internal controls, risk management and compliance functions of the Sacco.

The individual will be required to have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Co-operative or related business degree from a recognized University.
- Registered and active ICPAK Member.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent in a financial institution.
The individual needs to possess the following desirable traits:
- A high level of Honesty and Integrity
- Self-driven person, works under no supervision
- Good and effective report writing & presentation skills
- Independent minded and objective.
